How Do You Operate Vertical Blinds?
Vertical blinds actually have a very simple operating system which allows you to either move the slats side to side to open and close the blinds and the ability to rotate the slats to allow some light to enter the room. Vertical blinds are also incredibly useful when used near patio doors, as these blinds open horizontally, they can be used to allow easy access through wide glass doors, unlike other blinds that are opened vertically.
What Drawbacks Do Vertical Blinds Have Compared To Other Blinds?
There aren’t many downsides to vertical blinds, but if we had to identify one, it would be that they aren’t great in bedroom settings. As these blinds are made up of small slats, they do leave a small space where light could leak into a bedroom. So while these are all around good blinds, you’d be better with a blind made from one piece of material in a bedroom like a roller blind or roman blind.
