Morning routine
We want you to start your mornings fresh and positive. The first thought you have every morning as soon as you wake up is the dreadful situation you are in. It is normal to not feel okay after an accident.
Accidents are misfortune and not something to be proud of, so spend your days mourning as long as you want. But once you are ready, do not give up.
As soon as you get up, stretch as much as you can on your bed. You can refer to a million youtube videos for stretching or bed yoga.
The next thing is to get yourself a glass of water, and a journal.
Write three things you are grateful for, three positive affirmations, and your intentions for the day. Setting intentions and writing them down will bring in a lot of positivity.
The next step is to have a heavy breakfast, which includes probiotics like yogurt and antioxidants like fruits in your breakfast. It keeps your gut healthy. And a healthy gut is a healthy mind.
Afternoon Routine
As you gradually move towards the afternoon, spend at least 30 mins for meditation. Meditation has several mind calming benefits. After the meditation, try to stretch out a little more and then have a heavy meal.
You might feel a little bit drowsy after you have had your meal. Do not be strict and allow yourself to sleep for an hour. Napping for 60 minutes is good for activating your body for the next half of the day.
Evening and Night routine
While you are injured try to call it a night within 7 or 8. Your body needs more sleep for recovery when it is injured. Spend your evening time with your friends or family, reading, watching your favorite show, or just scrolling the internet.
Have an early dinner and head toward bed.
While doing all these, do not miss a single dose of your medication.
