Causes of dead skin on feet

If you’re wondering what’s causing the hard, dry skin on your feet, there are a few reasons why. By the way, feet naturally remove dead skin cells. Lack of moisture will increase the friction from walking along with the problem of dry dead skin. This problem is especially common among people who do not clean their feet regularly. Many elements are more harsh, causing the skin to become hard, dead and dry. But it is very worrying in this situation if you have injuries on your feet. But if you want to avoid it, there are some simple tricks that you can treat dead skin at home.

      pumice stone

A natural lava stone, pumice stone is an easy way to exfoliate dead skin from your feet. For best results, soak your feet in lukewarm water for 10 to 15 minutes before starting or dip a pumice stone in warm water, then gently rub it over your feet in a circular motion to remove dead skin cells from your feet. And dry skin can be removed. Be sure to stop as soon as you remove the top layer of dead skin as overuse of this stone can do more harm than good. After you use this stone, use a lotion or cream afterwards.

Foot scrubs

You will find it easily in pharmacies. Foot scrubs help remove dead skin from your feet. Simply apply a scrub to your feet first and rub it in with your hands or a scrub brush. When you feel you have scrubbed as needed, rinse your feet thoroughly with water and apply a good lotion. But remember, if you have sores on your feet, don’t use the scrub.

Paraffin wax

You can try it in as many salons as an associate add-on when you get a pedicure or go the DIY route. Paraffin can be a type of soft wax that is melted at about 125°F, hot enough to be effective but not so hot that it will burn your skin. For treatment, your foot square measure changed into paraffin several times until several layers square measure applied, then your foot square measure wrapped in plastic. When the wax hardens, the plastic is removed and the dead skin on your feet goes with it, leaving your toes soft and smooth.

However, paraffin is not the associate choice for everyone, especially if you have open sores, sores or rashes on your feet.. If you are receiving treatment, be sure to quickly control the temperature of the wax with a measuring tool to avoid burning yourself.

      vinegar soak

A vinegar soak helps soften, moisturize and remove dead skin as a cracked feet repair. Any type of vinegar will do the trick and you’ve probably got apple cider vinegar or white vinegar in your living room. Use one part vinegar to 2 parts cold water, and soak your feet for five to ten minutes. For more oomph, you’ll be able to use a rock to get rid of loose skin. When wet, apply lotion to seal in wetness to keep on socks.
